About Us
In 1998 Scotty Knutson and Glenn Braudt opened Advanced Pavement Maintenance Ltd. which
provided parking lot repairs and maintenance in the Amarillo area. Their business grew
quickly and in 2001 they purchased a hot mixed asphalt plant and established Advantage
Asphalt Products, Ltd. as a material manufacturing company. In order to accommodate the
needs of their clients, both businesses grew quickly to include rock pits, blade crews
and more paving crews. Advantage Asphalt Products now crushes all aggregates needed for
asphalt production and base material. There are currently seven blade crews in operation
and ample paving equipment and crews ready to handle any paving project.
Responding to customers' wants and needs has been a key component of Advanced Pavement Maintenance's success. The company's rapid growth proves the wisdom of Glenn and Scotty's approach, as does the large amount of repeat business. We keep our customers informed and updated on all ongoing projects. Advanced Pavement strives to build good relationships with our customers. In 2002 we added a Civil Engineer to our team. Although this company started from the ground up, our combination of quality work, top notch staff, high performance equipment and outstanding customer service provides just the right mix for success.
